Within our Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences Division team, Valentin is involved in registration, filing and opposition cases as well as in litigation.

He advises clients on their strategy for the protection, enhancement and defense of trademarks, designs, copyrights and domain names as well as on unfair competition issues.

He is responsible for managing the cases of a major client of the firm in the pharmaceutical field.

Valentin demonstrates great autonomy and a strong ability to listen to clients’ needs, which is particularly appreciated.

After several experiences in trademark law within various pharmaceutical companies and IP law firms, Valentin joined CASALONGA in 2025.

Valentin is a member of the French Patent and Trademark association (Compagnie nationale des conseils en propriété industrielle – CNCPI).
