Within our electronics-NICT team, Simon is involved in the acquisition and defense of IP rights, in particular in drafting patent applications and in grant procedures, in France and in Europe. He also advises French and foreign clients on their industrial property strategy, particularly in the context of patentability and freedom-to-operate studies.

His practice focuses on electronics, information and communication technologies, computer programs, artificial intelligence, semiconductor physics and optics.

After four years of experience in the field of industrial property in a law firm in Toulouse, Simon joined CASALONGA in 2019.

• Post-graduate degree in Industrial Property law in Patents at CEIPI (Strasbourg University) – 2019
• Graduate engineer from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Rennes (INSA) – 2014
