French and European Trademark and Design Attorney, Pauline accompanies the clients in defining IP protection strategies. She is notably in charge of managing and defending. trademark, design and domain name portfolios for French and international companies.
She advises clients by providing trademark search analysis and opinions regarding domestic and global trademark availability and is particularly involved in opposition, cancellation, and revocation proceedings in France and in Europe.
After a first experience in a start-up specialized in computer programming and in the trademark department of a large pharmaceutical company, Pauline began her career within an IP law firm in 2014 and joined CASALONGA in 2016.

Pauline is a member of the French Patent and Trademark association (Compagnie nationale des conseils en propriété industrielle – CNCPI), of the French Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners (APRAM) and of the MARQUES FWKM Team (Famous and Well Known Marks Team).
