Attentive to the specific needs of her clients, Noémie specializes in cutting-edge technologies and brings her expertise in areas such as information and communication technologies (ICT), artificial intelligence, and signal and image processing.

Noémie has been practicing for nearly 10 years and has developed extensive expertise in information and communication technologies, artificial intelligence, and signal and image processing.

A graduate engineer from Télécom SudParis, Noémie pursued further academic studies in mathematics, with a particular focus on statistical signal processing. She then taught biostatistics to medical students before becoming a patent engineer.

Although she handles cases in a wide range of fields, Noémie’s scientific background has allowed her to develop particular expertise in information and communication technologies, including computer programs, artificial intelligence, simulation and modeling processes, telecommunications, as well as signal and image processing. She works across diverse technical sectors, such as medtech, aerospace, surveillance, and home automation.

Noémie has gained extensive experience supporting a variety of clients, including start-ups, research organizations, and large industrial groups, by developing intellectual property strategies tailored to their needs.

European and French Patent Attorney, she assists French and foreign clients in acquiring and defending their IP rights, in particular in drafting patent applications and in patent prosecution (grant and opposition procedures), in France, Europe and abroad.

Noémie has worked at several major French IP law firms. She was a partner at a Paris-based firm since 2023 before joining CASALONGA at the end of 2025 as counsel.

Professional organizations

Noémie is a member of the Advisory Board of the French Patent and Trademark association (Compagnie nationale des conseils en propriété industrielle – CNCPI) and an active member of the Examination Committee for the French qualification examination (EQF). She is also a member of the European Patent Institute (epi).
