Within our International team, Mathilde is involved in both counseling and litigation in all areas of intellectual property law, including trademarks, designs, know-how, copyrights, domain names, unfair competition and publicity.

More particularly, she assists and advises international companies in developing and implementing strategies for the protection, enforcement and defense of their intellectual property rights.

She also assists clients in negotiating and drafting intellectual property-related contracts, including license, assignment, coexistence and prior rights agreements.

Mathilde joined CASALONGA international team in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she gained substantial experience within Chamber 1 of Division 5 of the Paris Court of Appeal, which specializes in intellectual property litigation, in the IP/IT departments of several leading French and international business law firms, as well as in the Legal & Business Affairs department of a major French communications consulting group.
