Marianna Kull
Intellectual Property Lawyer
Within our Trademark Department, Marianna’s practice focuses defining IP protection strategies, managing and defending trademark, design and domain name portfolios for French and international companies.
Her practice combines preparation and follow-up of trademarks registration procedures in France and abroad as well as opposition and appeal proceedings, both national and European Union, before the French Intellectual Property Office (INPI) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Marianna started her career in 2017 and has worked for an IP law firm, before joining CASALONGA in February 2024.
