Within our litigation team, Justine advises clients in all areas of intellectual property law (patents, trademarks, designs, copyright) as well as in unfair competition and free riding.
Her practice focuses on pre-litigation and litigation. In this context, she assists and advises clients in the elaboration of their strategy (in demand and in defence) and on procedural issues.
Justine also assists clients in the protection of their intellectual property rights and, in particular in the drafting of their intellectual property agreements (licence and assignment of rights, coexistence agreements, etc.).
After several professional experiences in law firms and companies (in particular in the luxury goods and start-ups sectors), Justine joined CASALONGA’s litigation team in 2022.
