Intellectual Property, Wine & Spirits Lawyer
Within the Wine, Spirits & Terroirs Department, Juliette is mainly involved in pre-litigation and litigation matters relating to intellectual property law, commercial law, distribution law, and rural law.
She assists the Department’s clients in protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights (geographical indications, trademarks, designs & models, copyright, patents), from pre-litigation strategies to pleadings, as well as in cases of inspections by the French Fraud Control Authority (DGCCRF).
After several professional experiences in law firms, Juliette joined CASALONGA in 2025.
