Jean-Marc is the administrative manager of the domain names division within the Trademarks department and is responsible for the day-to-day management of domain name portfolios, including :

• - management of the registrations, transfers and annual renewals ;
• - administrative and technical processes to recover the management after favorable out-of-court proceedings ;
• - anonymous recovery of strategical domain names ;
• - management of portfolios’ centralization and migration ;
• - monitoring and defending client trademarks in collaboration with teams of lawyers, industrial property attorneys, and legal officers.

His technical expertise and extensive knowledge of the registrar environment are valuable assets for our clients seeking to secure their identity and trademarks on the Internet.

After more than 20 years of experience with various registrars, Jean-Marc joined CASALONGA in January 2025.
