Within our Trademark Department, Gaëlle is involved in registration, filing, renewal and opposition cases as well as in litigation.

She advises clients on their strategy for the protection, enhancement and defense of trademarks, designs, copyrights and domain names as well as on unfair competition issues.

Gaëlle is responsible for the organization of the file management of a very important client of the firm in the pharmaceutical field.

She has a lot of initiative and an excellent sense of organization. Her ability to listen to clients’ requests is particularly appreciated.

Gaëlle joined the Firm in 2018.

• - Post-graduate degree in Industrial Property law in Trademarks and Industrial Designs at CEIPI (Strasbourg University) – 2022
• - Master’s degree in Business Law (University of Grenoble Alpes in collaboration with the Catholic University of Louvain la Neuve) – 2018
