Emmanuelle is responsible for the formalities relating to Community designs, from filing to registration. She is also responsible for the administrative aspects of opposition proceedings and appeals before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM).

Thanks to her strong organizational skills, she ensures the coordination between the different parties involved, while monitoring and controlling official deadlines.

Emmanuelle joined the firm in 2003 and assists Cristina Bercial-Chaumier in managing the Alicante office (Casalonga Alicante, S.L.).
