Attorney at law based in Casalonga’s Alicante office, Eduardo practices primarly in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark and design proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM).

He handles the preparation and follow-up of trademark filing and prosecution matters in Spain and abroad, as well as opposition, cancellation and revocation proceedings. His work notably covers proof of use issues, assessment of likelihood of confusion, clearance searches, evidence analysis, design filings, domain name reservations, and the drafting of cease-and-desist letters, and enforcement-related work. He is also involved in trademark portfolio management and in coordinating cross-border IP matters with foreign associates.

After several professional experiences in law firms, he joined CASALONGA in 2023.
