Dabiah heads the Recordals Department and manages all recordal formalities (assignment, partial transfer of assets, merger, pledge, license, change of corporate name, legal form or address) relating to patents, trademarks, designs and models, both in France and internationally.

With great rigor and strong analytical skills, she also supports lawyers, attorneys-at-law and engineers, particularly in handling specific legal issues and drafting intellectual property right assignment agreements.

Working in the field of intellectual property since 1987, Dabiah joined CASALONGA in 2012.
