Aylin Cremers
German attorney-at-law, Aylin focuses on counseling and litigating intellectual property rights, in particular technical industrial property rights.
She advises and represents major German and international companies from various industries in high-stakes patent litigation and complex infringement proceedings before all German courts and the Unified Patent Court.
Her work focuses in particular on cases involving mechanics, agrochemicals (including plant protection), consumer electronics and telecommunications. She also has experience in litigating standard-essential patents (SEPs).
In addition, she provides strategic advice on patent-related contracts and on legal issues at the intersection of Antitrust and Intellectual Property Law.
Prior to joining CASALONGA, Aylin worked for an international law firm.
