Within our Trademarks department, Anaïs is in charge of the Domain Names department and assists clients in their strategy for protecting, valuation and defending their domain names, for example in the following operations:

• - audit, consistency study of the trademark and domain name portfolio
• - good practices
• - removal of WHOIS data anonymity from registries or registrars
• - monitoring of domain names, marketplaces, social networks
• - deletion of disputed websites/advertisements/social network accounts
• - extrajudicial actions (UDRP, SYRELI, etc.).

She is also in charge of reserving domain names and monitoring renewals.

Anaïs is also involved in trademark law, for the preparation and follow-up of trademark registration procedures in France and abroad, as well as in opposition and appeal procedures before the French Intellectual Property Office (INPI) and the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Finally, she advises clients on their strategy for the protection, enhancement and defense of trademarks, designs and copyrights.

After several experiences in a law firm, a trademark attorney firm, at Canal+ and at a registrar, Anaïs joined CASALONGA in June 2021.
