Practice description

Thomas began his career with CASALONGA in 2013.

He is involved in the acquisition and defense of IP rights, in particular in drafting patent applications and in patent prosecution (grant and opposition procedures), in France, Europe and abroad.
He also advises clients regarding patentability issues, including providing Freedom to Operate opinions.

Thomas represents corporate and individual inventors in the fields of organic chemistry, materials and polymers chemistry.
