Alternative dispute resolution

Alternative dispute resolution is one of the litigation route we are offering to our clients.

Arbitration or mediation can namely allow to arrive at a satisfactory outcome in a litigation. This is frequently less expensive and quicker than court proceedings.

When one of our clients decides to try avoiding a court proceeding in a litigation concerning an intellectual property right, our attorneys are preparing and organizing a mediation or an arbitration procedure and assist the client during the entire procedure.
