The companies GRUPO ANTOLIN were represented by Arnaud Casalonga, Attorney at Law assisted by Olivier Delprat, French Patent Attorney.
The owner of a French patent for an energy absorbing device upon impact sued the companies GRUPO ANTOLIN for patent infringement.
Although the Court overruled the patent invalidity claim based on insufficient disclosure, it invalidated patent’s claims 1, 2, 3 and 8 for lack of inventive step.
FAURECIA’s infringement action has therefore been rejected.
The Court’s decision has now become final.
