After a favorable UDRP proceeding against the domain name moulinrougemadrid.com in September (WIPO decision rendered on 23 September 2025), we obtained preliminary injunctions against Artemisa Moulin Lounge, which operates the Moulin Rouge Madrid restaurant and its associated social media accounts, as well as against its communications agency concerning the domain name moulinrougemadrid.es, on the grounds of EU trademark infringement.
Our action on the merits againt the restaurant on the ground of trademark infringement, unfair competition, and parasitism is pending before the court.
