CASALONGA & PARTNERS is a subsidiary of CASALONGA, registered in Germany with the Patentanwaltskammer.
CASALONGA ALICANTE S.L. is a subsidiary of CASALONGA, registered in Spain.
CASALONGA’s French lawyers are subject to the ethical rules of the legal profession, including the National Interior Regulation.
French industrial property attorneys are subject to the ethical rules of French industrial property attorneys as provided in the French Intellectual Property Code.
German patent attorneys (Patentantwalt) of CASALONGA & PARTNERS are subject to the ethical rules of German patent attorneys (Patentanwaltsordnung and Berufsordnung der Patentanwälte).
Spanish lawyers of CASALONGA ALICANTE S.L. are registered with the Bar of Alicante and are subject to the ethical rules of the Spanish lawyers (Código Deontológico de la Abogacia Española).
Spanish industrial property attorneys are subject to the ethical rules of Spanish industrial property attorneys (Código Deontotógico COAPI (Colegio Oficial de Agentes de la Propiedad Industrial)).
European Patent Attorneys are members of the Institute of Professional Representatives at the European Patent Office. They are subject to the Code of Professional Conduct of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office and the Disciplinary Rules of the Administrative Council of the European Patent Organisation
