Within our team electronics-NICT, Simon is mainly involved in the procedures for obtaining and defending French and European patents, more particularly in the drafting of patent applications, and advises French and foreign clients on their industrial property strategy, particularly in the context of patentability and freedom-to-operate studies.
His practice focuses on electronics, information and communication technologies, computer programs, artificial intelligence, semiconductor physics and optics.
After four years of experience in the field of industrial property in a law firm in Toulouse, Simon joined CASALONGA in 2019.
