Pascaline is a senior associate with more than 15-year experience in intellectual property law and in innovation and intellectual property contract law.
She has been working with CASALONGA since 2011, and advises French and International companies for protecting and defending their Intellectual Property rights in different sectors. Her practice includes both counselling and litigation, in all areas of Intellectual Property Law (trademarks, patent, design, copyright, unfair competition, advertising as well as Information technology and Internet).
Pascaline assists clients in their global innovation strategy and in the drafting and negotiation of their various contracts and in the defense of their rights before the French courts before which she pleads. She works on trademark, design, software and patent litigation in various fields of mechanics and information technology, sports equipment and health devices.
She has developed skills enabling her to deal with a wide range of issues related to intellectual property, such as contract law, innovation valuation, intellectual property tax law, and all IT issues (NICT, software, Internet, GDRP, etc.).
She is also involved iin the valuation of intellectual property assets and audits of portfolios and contracts in which she has a recognized experience.
Based in our Toulouse office since 2019, she ensures its development, in liaison with the Paris team.
