CASALONGA strengthens its presence in Germany with the arrival of a new partner specializing in life science
CASALONGA is pleased to announce the arrival of Dr. Denise Nestle-Nguyen as partner in the Munich office.
European, German and Swiss patent attorney, Denise was a partner at Stolmár & Partner, where she represented inter alia Novartis, Egis Pharmaceuticals, ETH Zurich and Université Fribourg as well as smaller German and Swiss startups. Holding a PhD in molecular biotechnology, she advises clients in the life science and pharma sector, with a particular focus on opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO.
At CASALONGA, she will be boosting the life science group comprising Véronique Marcadé (patent attorney), Hélène Leblois-Préhaud (patent attorney), Jean-Baptiste Lecœur (patent attorney/attorney-at-law), Marianne Gabriel (attorney-at-law), and Floriane Codevelle (attorney-at-law). CASALONGA has an important practice in life science litigation and counseling, representing companies such as the Institut Pasteur, Biogaran, Sanofi, Institut Gustave Roussy, PolTREG, Cellectis.
Caroline Casalonga : “Our vision is to become a major European IP litigation and counseling actor with teams of lawyers and patent attorneys in Germany, France and Italy. In Germany, we will soon open a 2d office in Düsseldorf. Qualified not only as German and European, but also Swiss patent attorney, Denise is particularly suited to represent clients all over Europe. Denise is multilingual, German native, she is perfectly fluent in English, Chinese and French. She is therefore an excellent fit for CASALONGA’s developments in Europe and in life science”.
