On 7 JUly 2022, part of our Trademark team attended a training session given by Anaïs Salazar-Martin, a trademark lawyer and in charge of the domain name department within the Firm.

During this training, Anaïs shared her "toolbox” allowing to find all strategic information and to determine the possible actions against a litigious domain name depending on the TLD involved.
