A new partner at CASALONGA

CASALONGA has just appointed Pascaline Vincent partner.

Attorney-at-law since 2008, Pascaline joined CASALONGA in 2011 and now has more than 15 years of experience in intellectual property counseling and litigation.
Pascaline assists clients in developing their global creation and innovation strategies, in drafting and negotiating diverse contracts, and in enforcing their rights before the offices and courts.
She has also developed in-depth expertise in IT and standard essential patent litigation.

Pascaline’s promotion to partner will bring the firm’s total partners to 15 (7 women, 8 men), including 8 patent attorneys, 6 trademark attorneys and 8 attorneys-at-law, 5 of whom are dual-qualified, confirming CASALONGA’s long-standing multidisciplinary approach.

At a time of new challenges raised by artificial intelligence, IT issues and the new Unified Patent Court (UPC), our teams are more ready than ever!

Together, let’s Pioneer IP’s Future!
