In an article published in the October Rural Law Review, Theodore Georgopoulos comments the Judgement of the ECJ dated July 14, 2022, in which “the Court affirmed the obligation to control products intended for export as inherent in the PDO/PGI protection system, which allowed the Court to rule out - at least in this case - the cumulative application of the principle of loyal cooperation”.
