Claire advises the Wine, Spirits & Terroirs Department’s clients on all issues related to intellectual property and agri-food law (quality mark regulations, traditional mentions, labeling, regulatory law, consumer law, advertising, etc.).

Claire assists also the Firm’s clients in the management and defense of their brand portfolios. She is involved in opposition, cancellation and revocation actions, in France before the French Intellectual Property Office (INPI), and in EU before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Trilingual, she works equally in French, English and Spanish.

After two years of experience as a lawyer within Pernod Ricard and LVMH (Moët Hennessy and Holding LVMH), Claire joined the Wine, Spirits & Terroirs team in January 2022.

Professional organizations

Claire is a member of the International Wine Law Association (AIDV-IWLA).
She is also a member of the Board of the Association Intermillésimes of the Master in Vine and Wine law of the University of Bordeaux.
