Within our International team, Klervi assists and advises French and International companies, notably regarding their trademark protection and enforcement strategies. She is in charge of opposition, cancellation, revocation actions and appeal procedures, in France before the French Intellectual Property Office (INPI) and the Courts of Appeal, and in EU before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). Her practice also includes drafting Intellectual Property contracts, including license, assignment, coexistence and prior rights agreements.

Klervi had a first work experience in a large Canadian Law Firm, where she was involved in trademark matters, including trademark prosecution, acquisition and enforcement of trademark rights, licensing, and trademark opposition proceedings.

She was admitted to the Montreal Bar in 2013 and to the Paris Bar in 2015, and joined CASALONGA in 2014.

Klervi is a member of the French Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners (APRAM), of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and of the Association of Attorneys-at-law of the Quebec Bar in France (AABQF).
