May 28, 2015 - Progress in UPC Agreement ratification

Luxembourg has ratified the UPC Agreement on May 22, 2015.

Portugal has conducted the ratification process. The ratification instruments should be deposited rather soon.

This means that 8 Member States will soon have ratified the UPC Agreement.

It is reminded that the Agreement will enter into force as soon as 13 Member States (including France, Germany and United Kingdom) have completed the ratification process.
