July 7, 2015 - Italy confirms its participation to the Unitary Patent
The Council of the European Union confirmed having received an official notification from Italy to participate to the Unitary Patent.
It is therefore now certain that Italy will be part of the Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court as soon as both systems enter into force.
