Mathieu began his carrier in 2004 at CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research).
He joined CASALONGA & ASSOCIÉS in 2006.
Mathieu is involved mainly in obtaining and defending patent rights, in particular in drafting patent applications and exchanging with the offices during examination and opposition procedures. He does prior art searches and patentability studies and advises on freedom to operate and validity of patents. Mathieu also participates to court litigations.
He specializes in a variety of technical disciplines including applied physics, electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, software and automation as well as polymers and rheology questions.
Mathieu Sagnes is member of the French Patent and Trademark association (CNCPI “Compagnie Nationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle”).
