Passionate about the wine sector, Juliette is a source of innovation and inspiration for the Wine, Spirits & Terroirs Department.
A real “Swiss knife” within the law firm, particularly in wine and food law, she can adapt to all situations and to respond to new issues.

Juliette joined CASALONGA in 2019 and has been managing the Wine, Spirits & Terroirs Department since 2021.

She advises wines and spirit drinks producers on all matters related to Wine & Spirits law, including:

  • - PGI/PDO,
  • - traditional mentions,
  • - labeling,
  • - rural law,
  • - food law,
  • - consumer law,
  • - advertising and the Evin law,
  • - distribution law,
  • - criminal law,
  • - etc.

Juliette also advises CASALONGA’s clients on issues related to intellectual property (brand protection, infringement, misleading conducts, unfair competition).
She is involved in opposition, cancellation and revocation actions, in France before the French Intellectual Property Office (INPI), and in EU before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Professional organizations

Juliette is a member of the International Wine Law Association (AIDV-IWLA), the NGO OriGIn (Organization for an international network of geographical indications) and the French association Ladies Wine.
