After having studied IP law both in France and in the US, Chloé was admitted to the Paris Bar Exam and has joined Casalonga to begin her career as an IP attorney in January 2019.
She has experience in handling matters in all areas of Intellectual Property Law such as Trademark, Design and Patent Law, know-how, Copyright, but also Unfair Competition and Publicity.
Her practice includes both counselling and litigation.
She advises clients with IP strategic matters at pre-litigation stages and negotiations, in demand or in defense. She also handles litigation procedures, from procedural perspectives to pleadings. She has therefore quickly acquired experience in IP litigation of transversal nature.
She also assists clients in their IP contractual matters including licensing, transfer of IP assets or coexistence.
Chloé is member of the Board of the association "le Barreau des Arts" and volunteer lawyer for this recently founded association whose purpose is to help artists and precarious authors.
