February 10, 2017 - Progress in UPC Agreement ratification

Italy has ratified the UPC Agreement on February 10, 2017

This means that 12 Member States have ratified the UPC Agreement.

The Agreeement could therefore enter into force as soon as Germany and UK would ratify. (France has already ratified).

The United Kingdom should ratify in March, even before the Brexit procedure is triggered.
