Practice description

After a first experience in an American consulting firm, Camille started her career in 2013 as a lawyer in a Parisian IP consulting firm.

She joined CASALONGA in 2019.

Her practice covers the management of trademark, design and domain name portfolios, as well as the preparation and monitoring of national and foreign trademark registration procedures, prior art searches, national and Community opposition and appeal procedures before the French National Trademark Institute (INPI) and the European Union Office (EUIPO), and any consultation relating to these matters.

Camille is also involved in handling disputes relating to trademark and design infringement and customs procedures, drafting contracts in the field of industrial property, including licensing, assignment, coexistence and industrial property audits.
