Practice description

After graduating from the University of Sciences, Murielle worked for more than ten years in academic research before joining CASALONGA & ASSOCIÉS in 2001.

She mainly handles all aspects of preparing and prosecuting patent applications and supplementary protection certificates. She prepares opinions and freedom-to-operate-studies for both French and foreign clients.

Murielle also has wide experience in handling plant variety certificate of protection.

Her practice includes frequent due diligence investigations, licensing and counseling.

Murielle represents numerous corporate clients and individual inventors in the fields of microbiology, virology, biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology, genetics, biotechnology and pharmacy.
