Marie began her carrier within different French IP firms in 2003, before joining CASALONGA & ASSOCIÉS in 2009.
She manages trademark portfolios and filings in France and abroad, including performing clearance searches, preparing trademark applications, prosecution, responses to office actions, and renewal and maintenance filings.
She has extensive experience in opposition and appeal proceedings both before the French Trademark Office and the EuropeanTrade Mark Office (EUIPO).
Marie has also experience drafting intellectual property rights transfer, licensing, and coexistence agreements.
Her work also includes advising clients on designs, domain names and copyright concerns, filings, and enforcement.
