Daniel began his career with CASALONGA & ASSOCIÉS in 1997.
He focuses on drafting and prosecuting both domestic and foreign patent applications. He also gives opinions on freedom to operate and studies the validity of patents.
Daniel also regularly advises on trademark and design concerns..
He is involved in patent litigations in France where he joins a team of patent lawyers of CASALONGA AVOCATS. He regularly organizes and assists the bailiffs in infringement-seizure operations to find evidence of patent infringement.
He often drafts and negotiates know-how license agreements.
Daniel practices mainly in the fields of mechanical, physics, civil engineering, thermal engineering, optics, hydraulic and packaging.
Daniel Levalois is member of the French Patent and Trademark association (CNCPI “Compagnie Nationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle”).
