
Jean-Christophe GUERRINI has been practicing in the intellectual property field since 1995. He joined Casalonga Avocats in 2006, after having been an associate and partner in the Intellectual Property Department of a French general practice firm Courtois Lebel.
His practice includes counseling domestic and international clients on issues relating to patents, trademarks and designs as well as negotiating and drafting license agreements, coexistence agreements and copyright contracts.
He frequently litigates in all areas of intellectual property law including patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, domain names and unfair competition.
He chaired the Intranet and New Technologies Commission of the French National Bar Council.
