Arnaud Casalonga

Arnaud Casalonga is a senior partner at Casalonga Avocats.

He has been a member of the Paris bar since 1981.

As a partner at the general practice firm Courtois Lebel, he managed the intellectual property department from 1987 until 2005. In 2006, he joined Casalonga Avocats with his team.

He has more than 30 years experience in all intellectual property fields, including distribution networks, from counsel to litigation.

Arnaud Casalonga has a double specialization in intellectual property and economical fields.

He pleads before French Courts and has more than 30-years-litigation experience including patents, trademarks, designs and copyright infringement and cancellation actions, unfair competition and distribution network actions and infringement seizures for companies in pharmaceutical, electronics, fashion, media, luxury and other consumer products sectors.

He also provides strategic counseling to both French and international companies in all aspects of intellectual property law, including audits, licensing and contractual matters.

He is recognized as one of the French leaders in the intellectual property domain and is quoted by the Legal 500. He regularly participates as speaker in national and international conferences.
