Caroline CASALONGA participates to the 132nd INTA Annual Meeting (International Trademark Association)

Marie-Emmanuelle HAAS attended the annual meeting organized by the CAC for its panellists in Prague. At the meeting, she gave a lecture on the quality of the complaints and responses and on the question of the evidence to be brought by the parties, in particular as regards the evidence of prior rights.
