Before commencing any patent litigation, our attorneys, together with patent attorneys specialised in the relevant technical field, proceed to a legal and technical analysis of the patents at issue and any potential risks of litigation.

Prior art searches are conducted on a worldwide basis, which allows us to fully understand the state of the art and consequently to correctly determine the validity of our client’s rights.
